When your clients speak for you, why interrupt?
Using CRM can be complicated, and at least for me tends to break the rhythm of work when I have to type in my entries. The solution to this for me has been Copytalk. It is an app based tool that has made using CRM easy and no longer slows my work flow. Every time I have a conversation or activity that should be entered into CRM, I simply pick my iPhone, tap the screen, and dictate my entry. Later, I receive an email that I can enter into CRM with a couple clicks of the mouse. I recently had compliance run a report on my CRM activity to review my results and to determine if my investment in Copytalk was helping me. I am up 107% and feel like I spend less time and effort allocated to CRM even though my entries are more detailed and frequent. I can recommend using Copytalk to those who are still trying to find the best way to deal with CRM. It is reasonably priced and easy to use.

Copytalk is a very important tool for my practice. After a meeting or phone call with a client or their advisors, the first thing I do is pick up the phone, punch the speed dial, pull up Copytalk, and dictate a detailed memo. A hard copy goes into the file and an electronic version goes into the computer and is permanently saved there.
